Kilt qui couvre jusqu'à Builder's Bum

BUILDER'S bum pourrait devenir chose du passé en Ecosse - grâce à un denim kilt en Suède.
Les poids lourds "de l'artisan kilt» est devenu un grand succès avec les travailleurs scandinaves.
Il dispose de deux poches renforcées ongles, une boucle de l'exécution d'un marteau et un couteau-titulaire.
Et les décideurs Blaklader Workwear décrire les 100 pour cent coton kilt comme "l'ultime symbole de la masculinité écossais".
Maintenant, ils ont commencé à exporter le vêtement - qui empêche une vue arrière inesthétiques lorsque le commerçant virages plus - pour le Royaume-Uni.
Jeff Adams, patron de Blaklader de travail au Royaume-Uni, a déclaré: "Nous avons demandé à des étudiants en design de Göteborg afin de créer un vêtement de travail fonctionnel sur la base d'une conception traditionnelle.
"Marcus Jahnke étudiants sont venus avec un artisan du kilt. Il a fait un prototype et nous avons d'abord utilisé à des fins de marketing.
"Nous avons utilisé sur le front de notre catalogue et les gens ont vu le kilt et il a pris à partir de là.
"Cela a été une agréable surprise de le voir prendre son envol. Il est maintenant l'un de nos produits les plus populaires."
La société a vendu plus de 5000 en Suède, aux commerçants et à travers l'Europe.
Ils ont aussi créé une version à haute visibilité de la route kilt pour les travailleurs, en jaune avec bandes réfléchissantes.
Et le kilt a été nommé produit de l'année par l'Agence suédoise du textile et du vêtement Association.
M. Adams a ajouté: «Il existe certaines similitudes dans la nature de la population de la Suède et le Royaume-Uni.
"Une fois que nous savions que le succès a été le kilt en Suède, nous avons pensé qu'il serait également prises dans le Royaume-Uni.
"Les plombiers, les électriciens et les menuisiers qui veulent sortir du lot sont les enfonçant place.
Susanne Kristianson, de Blaklader, basée dans l'ouest de la Suède, a déclaré: "Nous avons lancé le kilt comme une sorte d'expérience." Nous pensions que seul un petit nombre d'hommes audacieux porter. Mais il s'est avéré être très populaire. "
